About the role
Quest Global's Energy Solutions team designs and delivers complex power generation and substation projects. The Senior Electrical Lead Engineer evaluates customer drawings, creates interface schematics, and prepares cable schedules to ensure seamless integration between generation units and substations. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate and review customer drawing deliverables across business units
- Create formatted point‑to‑point interface drawings
- Highlight quality discrepancies and drive corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive cable schedules for the entire substation
- Define scope integration lines and update interconnect differences
What you’ll bring
- 9-12 years electrical engineering experience
- Proficiency reviewing full substation/plant electrical drawings
- Experience preparing cable schedules for substations
- Knowledge of MCC/PCC, GLAN, GNAC, NGR, circuit breakers and panel types
- Familiarity with SLD, three‑line diagrams, BOM and component selection
- Understanding of communication protocols in substations
