- Act as project manager for multi‑entity initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years electrical engineering experience on liquid‑filled transformer design
- Design experience with renewable, data‑center or rectifier transformers
- Electromagnetic simulation using FEM tools
- Project management and innovation mindset
- Fluent in Turkish and English
