AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Supplier Quality Engineer - EME (Engines & Engine Components) The Supplier Quality Engineer - EME (Engines & Engine Components) Machining will be instrumental in the Global commodity, EME based suppliers, for quality development and management of the AGCO supply base for the designated Commodity / Category. through advanced techniques such as advance process management and lean / 6 sigma practices. This also includes the execution of AGCO’s supplier performance system (ie. APEX), preparing and validating supplier and user information, creating supplier performance scorecards and reports, interpreting data / results and communicating supplier performance to senior management and supply chain commodity teams, working with key cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks, and ensuring effective implementation of systems, tools, and methods. Your Impact : Collaborate with regional / manufacturing site based SQ personnel (Quality Manger, SQ Manager and SQE) to deploy World Class Supply Base in terms of Quality. On site Support (Supplier location/AGCO site) for Supplier Quality issues & Supply continuity issues. Complete integration to Global Purchasing Leadership (GCD and GCM) to ensure Company standards for quality are included in the supplier selection strategy and maintenance processes. Achievement of all defined KPI targets for the Product Integrity - Supplier Quality process that impact machine quality internally within the manufacturing plants and machine reliability externally. Strategic alignment with BCC / LCC initiatives that align with Geopolitical, Cost and Urgency while maintaining Brand / Local quality standards. Your Experience & Qualification: Must have strong technical experience with Engines & Engine Components manufacturing processes A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any Equivalent Degree. A minimum of 8-10 years of Experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment. Experience from Heavy Equipment/Agricultural industry is an advantage. Experience in successfully interfacing within a Global enterprise across multiple support sites and functions. Strong business acumen Must have Mid to advanced English written / oral communication skills.
