What you’ll do
- Lead quality development and management of AGCO supply base
- Execute supplier performance system (APEX) and create scorecards
- Interpret data and communicate performance to senior management
- Collaborate with global supplier quality, purchasing, and cross‑functional teams
- Ensure compliance with AGCO tools, processes, and PPAP requirements
- Coach and train suppliers to improve performance
- Mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 8 years quality management in manufacturing
- 4 years experience in durable goods/heavy equipment/agriculture
- 2-4 years supply chain role
