About the role

The Senior Engineer leads detailed design, calculations, and coordination with the WSP Hong Kong advisory team, mentors junior staff, and ensures compliance with local and international codes. What you’ll do
- Lead concept and detailed design of HVAC and tunnel ventilation systems
- Prepare feasibility studies, IFC drawings, schedules, datasheets and P&ID
- Conduct design reviews, QA checks and ensure code compliance
- Coordinate with WSP Hong Kong team and local CRC heads on specifications
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and manage project documentation
- Support tender preparation and evaluate supplier quotations
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 8 years mechanical engineering experience
- Membership in MIET, CIBSE, INSRAE or ASHRAE
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Hevacomp, HAP
- Expertise in HVAC and tunnel ventilation design
- Ability to prepare heat load calculations and P&ID
- Fluent English with strong technical communication
