About the role

LogicMonitor AI product team builds an AI-first hybrid observability platform that delivers actionable intelligence across on‑premises, cloud and edge environments. The Principal Product Manager drives end‑to‑end ownership of major AI product areas, engaging customers, shaping strategy, and collaborating with engineering, design, GTM and applied AI teams to ship features. Pune, India, on-site role with hybrid responsibilities, focusing on AI prompting, evaluations and intelligent experiences.

What you’ll do

• Own AI product areas from discovery to delivery
• Engage customers to uncover problems and validate solutions
• Define product strategy and roadmap based on data and outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM and applied AI teams
• Make product decisions on agents, workflows and intelligent experiences
• Translate customer problems into product bets and shipped features
• Work with engineers on scope, trade‑offs and delivery
• Write clear product requirements and drive execution

What you’ll bring

• 8-9 years product management experience
• Hands‑on fluency with AI‑powered products
• B2B software background
• Proven end‑to‑end product ownership
• Strong customer engagement skills
