About the role
Group Finance team at Mobihive leads financial strategy across Africa, India, and the UK. The Group Head of Finance oversees reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, audits, and consolidation while providing strategic support to senior leadership. Based in Pune, on-site role with direct reporting to the CEO/Group Managing Director.
What you’ll do
- Prepare monthly country-wise and consolidated Group P&L
- Manage monthly management accounts and cash flow statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and financial performance
- Oversee treasury, banking, cash flow, and foreign exchange management
- Ensure statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Strengthen financial controls and drive finance process improvements
What you’ll bring
- Qualified CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
- 12-15 years finance leadership experience
- Background in Fintech, Technology, Telecom, or Consumer Finance
