About the role
Generative AI Engineering team drives cutting‑edge AI solutions for business impact. The Gen AI Lead architects, trains and deploys large language models, builds RAG pipelines, and mentors engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable, secure AI services. Chennai, India, hybrid (3 days onsite) with relocation support.
What you’ll do
- Lead design and implementation of GenAI solutions
- Mentor engineers and data scientists
- Architect and fine‑tune LLMs
- Develop RAG and prompt pipelines
- Define and expose APIs for AI services
- Collaborate with product and UX teams
- Ensure scalability, performance and security
- Drive AI research and innovation
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years AI/ML engineering
- 2+ years Generative AI leadership
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Azure/AWS AI services
- Hands‑on LLM fine‑tuning
- MLOps pipeline implementation
