About the role

The Senior MS Engineer leads second‑line support, proactively monitors incidents, escalates to Centres of Excellence, and drives automation of routine tasks. The role is on‑site in Pune, with a focus on client‑centric service delivery and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and resolve medium‑complexity incidents and requests
- Escalate tickets to Centres of Excellence
- Collaborate with automation teams to optimize processes
- Coach Service Desk and L1 teams
- Log change requests and execute maintenance
- Analyze trends for automation opportunities
- Support disaster recovery functions
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency with Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Nexus switches/routers/firewalls
- 1+ technical certification in listed technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
- Strong planning and adaptability skills
- Excellent client‑centric communication
- Positive outlook under pressure
