About the role

We seek an experienced Salesforce Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform, integrate third‑party apps, and translate business needs into effective solutions while ensuring user adoption, data integrity, and performance.

Configure and maintain Salesforce platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders for user adoption.
Ensure data integrity and system performance.

What you’ll bring

5+ years managing Salesforce environments, sandbox management.
User setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
Configure Flow, custom objects, fields, dashboards, reports.
Integrate DocuSign, Nintex Drawloop.
Data governance, cleansing, deduplication, migration.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Admin Certification required; Advanced/Developer preferred.

Nice to have

Experience with Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud.
Develop user training materials and conduct sessions.
Proactive platform enhancements and best practices.
Gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
Knowledge of sharing rules, roles, OWD.
