About the role

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Collections agents for its Business Process Services department in Delhi (Vatika Business Park - GGN). The role involves taking complete ownership of assigned B2B accounts, managing collections and customer invoice issues, calling for payment on overdue invoices, handling disputes, and performing invoice reconciliation and basic Excel-based reporting. The position requires a graduate with exposure to a B2B collections environment, 1 to 5 years of experience (minimum 1 year in B2B collections), and availability for rotational shifts including nights in a 24x7, 5-day working schedule.

What you’ll do

  • Take complete ownership of assigned accounts and manage complete relationships for collections and customer invoice issues
  • Call for payment on overdue invoices for buckets in scope
  • Perform account maintenance
  • Handle accounts and payment queries from the accounts payable team
  • Interact with other teams such as billing and originations
  • Apply payments and handle disputes and resolution
  • Perform invoice reconciliation including pre-bills, credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments as per scope
  • Complete daily task lists related to regular TCS activities

What you’ll bring

  • Graduate with exposure to a B2B collections environment
  • 1 to 5 years of experience, with minimum 1 year in B2B collections
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good follow-up skills for collections activities
  • Good email writing skills
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Open to rotational shifts including night shifts in a 24x7, 5-day working schedule
