What you’ll do
- Monitor and manage ServiceNow queue for client requests
- Resolve AP/AR transactional and report issues across supported modules
- Configure system settings and lead daily Change Management deployments
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years support experience with Nexus/MRI/Yardi
- Fluency in SQL programming
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- General accounting knowledge
- 1+ year supporting accounting or real estate software
