About the role

The Senior Technology Business Analyst gathers and documents requirements, creates use cases, process maps, and requirements matrices, and collaborates with development and architecture teams to ensure robust implementations. Bangalore, India (Hybrid) with additional work location in Hyderabad, India.
What you’ll do
- Interact with state business users, internal SMEs, external users, and client analysts to solicit requirements
- Document use cases, process maps, requirements matrix, functional and non-functional specifications
- Identify gaps and create project artifacts including data and constraint documentation
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and design teams to clarify requirements and define GUI views
- Conduct demos at milestone completions and track feedback
- Troubleshoot critical issues and coordinate resolution with the team
- Run SQL queries for data validation and system analysis
- Facilitate requirement handoff to development teams
