About the role

WSP's Services Team in India seeks a Senior BIM Technician - Electrical to provide BIM support across engineering projects. Based in the Noida office (with Bengaluru also listed), you will work as an MEP BIM Modeler producing BIM models, detailed engineering designs, and construction drawings while active on multiple projects. You will report to the BIM Lead functionally and a Line Manager operationally, operating under WSP's Hybrid Work Model.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models
  • Perform clash detection and clash resolution
  • Create Parametric BIM Families
  • Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
  • Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations
  • Support design teams and bid teams with creation of 4D models / visualizations
  • Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model

What you’ll bring

  • Background verification (BGV) clearance required
  • Experience as an MEP BIM Modeler
  • Ability to prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models
  • Clash detection and clash resolution skills
  • Ability to create Parametric BIM Families
  • Support design teams with analysis and design models
