About the role
Quality Management Systems team at ConvaTec oversees the Trackwise platform to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. The Solution Owner designs, configures, tests, deploys and maintains the system, collaborates with QA, IT and business stakeholders, and leads training and support for users. Remote, India, supporting UK/EU time zones, full-time role.
What you’ll do
- Design, configure, test, deploy and improve Trackwise applications
- Collaborate with QA, IT and business stakeholders to define requirements
- Create clear, documented configurations and scripts per compliance standards
- Participate in system reviews, validation and risk identification
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade systems to ensure uptime
- Provide ongoing support, training and mentorship to users
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years IT systems operations experience
- Trackwise configuration and upgrade experience
- Regulatory & Quality systems knowledge (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
- SQL and REST/SOAP familiarity
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Version control with GitHub
