About the role
Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Quality team drives data‑driven quality processes to improve compliance and operational excellence. The Data & AI Product Owner leads product vision, roadmap, and Agile delivery for data, AI, and automation initiatives, translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions. Based in Hyderabad with a hybrid model, the role collaborates with stakeholders across quality, engineering, and IT to deliver high‑impact use cases such as deviations, CAPA, audits, and digital twins.
What you’ll do
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy
- Own backlog, sprint planning, and delivery
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Collaborate with Quality stakeholders on use cases
- Drive adoption of digital technologies (IoT, digital twins)
- Define KPIs and success metrics
- Act as bridge between business, data, and tech teams
- Ensure scalable, high‑quality data solutions
