About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor SOC analysts and contractors
- Oversee monitoring, triage, investigation, and response to security events
- Develop and tune detection use cases aligned with MITRE ATT&CK
- Drive automation initiatives with SOAR platforms
- Prepare actionable incident and risk reports for leadership
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to have
- 10+ years enterprise cybersecurity experience
- 7+ years SOC leadership
- Experience with SOAR automation
- Threat hunting and detection engineering expertise
- Offensive security certifications (e.g., GSEC, CISSP)
