About the role

AVP/VP – Cybersecurity Operations role leading offensive security services, managing VAPT, red teaming, and client engagements.

What you’ll do

Lead Offensive Security & VAPT function, P&L, roadmap, team, client satisfaction
Architect enterprise-scale VAPT and red team engagements
Engage senior client stakeholders, translate risk to actions
Define testing frameworks, methodologies
Direct high-performing offensive security team
Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews
Govern deliverables, executive reports
Drive operational excellence, meet SLAs, KPIs
Spearhead R&D on emerging threats
Collaborate cross-functional teams
Represent NopalCyber at industry forums

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's in Engineering/CS or related field
15+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ in leadership
OSCP, CEH mandatory

Nice to have

OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GWAPT, GCIH, GXPN, CISSP

Skills
