About the role
Simulation Engineering practice at Accenture designs and delivers end‑to‑end Agent‑Based Simulation solutions for enterprise clients. The Enterprise Technology Architect leads workstreams, creates scalable simulation models, defines architecture and experimentation strategy, and mentors engineering teams. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across global delivery centers.
What you’ll do
- Lead development of Agent‑Based Simulation solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable models and designs
- Define simulation architecture, agent behavior, data inputs and experimentation strategy
- Ensure solution quality through validation, calibration and technical reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and establish modelling best practices
- Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators and modelling libraries
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years simulation engineering experience
- Strong Agent‑Based Simulation expertise
- Hands‑on AnyLogic or equivalent platform
- Python programming and data analysis
- Experience with Digital Twin concepts
- Agile delivery and client‑facing consulting
