About the role

Enterprise Architecture team at McCormick drives technology strategy and standards across the business. The Enterprise Architect partners with business unit leaders to design and guide infrastructure, application, integration, and security solutions that align with enterprise roadmaps and emerging technologies. Gurgaon, India, on-site role focusing on CPG industry architecture, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Advises business unit leadership on enterprise architecture strategy
• Leads development of architecture roadmaps, guardrails, and standards
• Designs solutions for complex projects aligning with enterprise standards
• Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends adoption
• Creates governance principles and resolves architectural exceptions
• Develops architectural and security requirements and documentation

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years IT experience
• Significant experience in engineering/architecture roles
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure, applications, integration, data, and cybersecurity
• Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, ERP, microservices
• Experience with regulatory and data privacy requirements in pharma/CPG
• Proven ability to develop architecture strategies and roadmaps
