About the role
Travel & Events Billing team at JLL ensures accurate travel supplier rebate tracking and payment collection across the region. The Senior Analyst owns end‑to‑end rebate processes, tracks compliance metrics, identifies savings, and provides actionable reports while supporting queries from Accounting, Tax, AP and Vendor teams. Chennai, India, on-site, 48 hours/week.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end travel supplier rebate tracking and payment collection
- Track compliance metrics and leakage
- Identify savings opportunities and report to management
- Serve as point of contact for billing queries across Accounting, Tax, AP and Vendor teams
- Support card team on CTA/BTA travel transactions
- Assist supplier onboarding and PO creation
- Reconcile CTA/BTA statements, refunds and cancelled tickets
- Resolve disputes and follow‑ups
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s degree
