Senior BIM Modeler - Bridges

About the role

WSP is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler - Bridges to prepare engineering drawings and lead CAD/BIM production across its India offices in Noida, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. The role involves setting drawing strategies, managing team output to WSP CAD standards, developing templates and libraries, and coordinating engineering services for timely delivery. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring a Diploma in CAD and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

What you’ll do

• Prepare engineering drawings using WSP CAD standards and templates
• Agree priorities and deadlines with the WSP work/team to ensure timely delivery
• Align work with WoW and maintain document control for all work
• Proactively raise queries, identify necessary inputs from others, and follow up
• Identify, plan, and direct training needs for the team on CAD/BIM software
• Develop templates and libraries for CAD/BIM work
• Lead project set up by agreeing drawing strategy, type, size, and numbering with the project engineer
• Coordinate engineering services to ensure correct inputs are received timely and outputs are issued after full review

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in CAD

• High degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
• Proficiency in REVIT, Microstation, Civil 3D, and ASD
• Ability to prepare engineering drawings using WSP CAD standards and templates
• Ability to lead production of templates and library items
• Background verification (BGV) clearance required
