About the role

Tendem project at Mindrift builds interactive browser‑based applications within a hybrid AI + human environment. As a Full‑Stack Web App Developer you will design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end web products using modern frontend frameworks and Python/Node backends, integrate LLM APIs, and ensure robust data models and authentication. Remote, India, flexible schedule, performance‑based bonuses available.

What you’ll do

• Build interactive web applications with modern frontend frameworks and backend APIs
• Design and implement data models and persistence layers
• Integrate third‑party and LLM APIs into product features
• Evaluate and refactor AI‑generated code for security and performance
• Write clear, testable code and debug end‑to‑end issues

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years full‑stack development experience
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js/Vue
• Proficient in Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express/NestJS)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite)
• Hands‑on with REST API design and authentication
• Portfolio of shipped web applications
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2)
