About the role

Mindrift is building the Tendem platform, an AI‑enabled web ecosystem that connects specialists with innovative technology projects. As a Full‑Stack Web App Developer you will design, build, and maintain interactive browser‑based applications and Python tools, integrating third‑party and LLM APIs to deliver real‑world solutions. Remote work, flexible schedule, $35 hourly compensation with performance bonuses.

What you’ll do

Build interactive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend APIs
Design and implement data models, schemas, and persistence layers
Integrate third‑party and AI/LLM services into product features
Develop standalone Python tools and data‑processing scripts as needed
Write clean, testable code and perform debugging across the full stack
Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability

What you’ll bring

3+ years full‑stack development experience
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js/Vue
Backend expertise in Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express)
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite)
Portfolio of shipped web applications
Upper‑intermediate English (B2) proficiency
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Familiarity with version control (Git)
