What you’ll do
- Plan and execute monthly, six-monthly and annual collection targets
- Forecast manpower needs based on business volumes and location requirements
- Analyze account receivables to identify trends and process gaps
- Monitor and control collection costs, including vendor and penalty management
- Manage vendor relationships and performance for tele-calling and field collections
- Implement reward and recognition programs for team motivation
- Participate in recruitment and performance reviews for team development
