About the role
TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience for fast-growing technology companies. The Learning Experience Manager, based in Navi Mumbai, India, will help build and deliver learning experiences that support TaskUs's People First culture and workforce of approximately 60,000 employees across twelve countries. Day-to-day work focuses on designing and managing learning programs that enable employees to grow and adapt in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Design and manage learning experiences that support employee growth and internal mobility
- Develop and deliver learning programs aligned with TaskUs's People First culture
- Support workforce development across departments such as Total Rewards, Wellness, HR, and Diversity
- Help employees adapt to new technologies and changing business needs
- Contribute to consistent, high-quality learning delivery in a rapidly scaling organization
