Learning Experience Design & Development team at Accenture creates innovative learning solutions that drive client performance. The Associate Manager leads instructional design projects, guides a team of analysts, ensures quality and budget compliance, and collaborates with SMEs to deliver engaging training assets. Based in Bengaluru, on-site work model, overseeing medium to large scope courses and managing project timelines and resources.

What you’ll do

• Lead conceptual and detailed design of learning modules
• Guide a team of 5-7 instructional designers and analysts
• Ensure project execution aligns with CDC process, quality, and budget standards
• Coordinate with SMEs, media, and technical teams for content development
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders
• Develop project communication and resource plans
• Facilitate content gathering and field trial processes
• Provide coaching on quality metrics and professional behaviors

What you’ll bring

• BA/BS in Instructional Design or related field
• 10-14 years of experience in instructional design
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory
• Proficiency with web-based, instructor-led, and virtual training methods
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to plan, estimate, and manage project resources
