What you’ll do

• Develop fixed income market expertise and produce analytics
• Monitor daily market risk positions and identify material exposures
• Synthesize research into reports and present to senior risk management
• Update and implement financial risk models with quantitative teams
• Drive process improvements and technology initiatives
• Represent CTC Market Risk in cross‑functional projects
• Respond to urgent ad‑hoc senior risk requests

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years risk management or fixed income experience
• Strong knowledge of rates products (UST, TIPS, IR Swap, etc.)
• Experience with VaR, stress testing, and risk metrics
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel/VBA/Bloomberg; ability to learn Python
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced finance degree or CFA/FRM desirable
