About the role

- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules
- Collect and analyze business requirements
- Translate requirements into Workday configurations
- Provide end‑user training and support
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Design and test integrations with other HR systems
- Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years experience in end-to-end implementation of Core HCM modules
- Hands‑on configuration of Workday Core HCM
- Experience with Workday security settings
- Knowledge of HCM localization in APAC, Europe, North America
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Integration testing coordination
- Workday certification preferred
- Experience with AMS or rollout projects
