The Senior Consultant leads end‑to‑end strategy engagements across Central & Eastern Europe, delivering market assessments, commercial strategy, and data‑driven insights while mentoring junior staff. What you’ll do
- Lead delivery of consulting projects from initiation to client recommendations
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for CEE clients
- Define project approaches, workplans, and analytical frameworks
- Integrate secondary research, primary market research, and IQVIA data assets into strategic recommendations
- Develop executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations and visualizations
- Conduct data analysis using advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau
- Coach and mentor consultants, associate consultants, and analysts
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Business or related field
- 6+ years experience in management/strategy consulting within pharma or healthcare
- Proven ability to lead client‑facing consulting engagements independently
