The General Analytics Senior Consultant leads large, complex advanced analytics projects, manages cross-functional teams, and drives business growth through stakeholder collaboration and innovation. Based in Bangalore, India, this full-time role requires 6–9 years of experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.

What you’ll do

• Acts as project lead for large and complex projects
• Responsible for overall outcomes/deliverables from Advanced Analytics
• Structures work allocation between teams
• Reviews completed work to ensure conformance to IQVIA standards
• Manages multiple teams and/or members
• Maintains team motivation for increased efficiency levels
• Brings in required project flow improvisations
• Serves as distinguished industry expert leading innovation in process automations, research writing, and literature review

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree with 6–9 years of related experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industry
• Master's degree preferred
• Solid project management skills
• Client influencing skills
• Relationship building skills
• Ability to act as project lead for large and complex projects
• Experience managing multiple teams and/or members
• Expertise in advanced analytics and healthcare data

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 6 – 9 years of related experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. Masters degree preferred.
