UI React Lead

About the role

Iris Software is seeking a UI React - Lead in Gurugram to own and shape the delivery of scalable React enterprise applications. Day-to-day work includes designing reusable component architecture, defining API contracts and integration strategies, leading Redux and TanStack Query implementations, driving CI/CD and deployment automation, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and mentoring junior developers. The role reports to engineering leadership within an IT services company serving enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, transportation & logistics, and professional services.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 9-10 years of experience in UI/React development
• Proficiency in React, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong experience with React Hooks and React Maps
• Experience with React Performance Optimization
• Hands-on Redux state management implementation
• Experience with TanStack Query (React Query)
• Proficiency with Jest and React Testing Library (RLT)
• Ability to design and develop scalable React enterprise applications
