About the role

As a Lead Software Engineer you will design and deliver real‑time risk and PnL UI workflows using React/Angular, develop low‑latency services, and drive AI‑assisted engineering practices across the team. Mumbai, India, on‑site work model, with secondary location in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and evolve real‑time risk/PnL UI workflows
• Develop low‑latency, high‑throughput services for risk data
• Lead UI design using React/Angular with robust error handling
• Own end‑to‑end technical design across UI and services
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted engineering practices
• Implement observability, monitoring, and incident response
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs
• Document designs and communicate delivery plans

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Strong front‑end experience with React or Angular and TypeScript
• Enterprise SDLC experience including CI/CD and automated testing
• Building real‑time systems and low‑latency APIs
• Performance tuning across services and UI
• IAM/SSO integration (OAuth2/OIDC or SAML)
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools and responsible AI practices
