About the role

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an SAP Project Manager to lead and manage complex SAP implementation projects within the SAP PM Competency - Delivery department, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Day-to-day, you will own end-to-end project management, guide clients through SAP transformations, develop project plans, manage budgets, and foster a collaborative work environment. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for our clients
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Document and share project best practices, contributing to continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-centric approach
• Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving
