About the role

SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) at Birlasoft drives standardized, efficient SAP solutions across the enterprise. The SAP CoE Lead governs SAP architecture, leads a multidisciplinary team, and oversees program roadmaps, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Based in Pune, India, on-site role with responsibility for SAP ECC 6, S/4HANA, BTP and related modules.

What you’ll do

  • Define and enforce SAP standards and best practices
  • Lead and mentor CoE team members
  • Manage P&L and external vendor relationships
  • Oversee SAP program roadmaps and demand management
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements
  • Act as liaison between business units, IT, and vendors
  • Drive automation, system upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Maintain solution design compliance and testing oversight

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years SAP implementation experience
  • Deep knowledge of SAP ECC 6, S/4HANA, BTP
  • Expertise in FI/CO, MM, SD modules
  • Proven governance and strategy development
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Project and delivery management
  • Stakeholder engagement and vendor management
  • Experience with automation and process standardization
