Join our team as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant, responsible for guiding and implementing Workday Finance solutions, configuring modules such as Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, Budgets, managing full implementation lifecycle including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, and ensuring smooth deployment. Strong communication, client-facing, stakeholder management skills required.

What you’ll do

• providing expert guidance and implementation support for Workday Finance
• work closely with clients to understand financial processes
• configure Workday solutions to meet needs
• ensure smooth deployment and implementation

What you’ll bring

• 4–8 years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a proven record of successful implementations.
• Workday Finance certification (R2R) and strong expertise in modules like Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, Budgets
• Hands-on experience with full implementation lifecycle including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of Workday Finance best practices, business processes, and reporting (calculated fields are a plus).
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications in modules such as Business Assets, Banking Settlement, Expenses, Budgets are highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
