Capital Formation team at Enfinity India drives equity and structured capital transactions for renewable energy projects. The Senior Manager leads end‑to‑end equity fundraises, structures joint‑venture and mezzanine deals, builds advanced financial models, and engages with global infrastructure and private‑equity investors. New Delhi, India, on‑site role with high visibility in a fast‑scaling platform.

What you’ll do

• Support execution of platform‑level and asset‑level equity raises
• Structure and evaluate minority/majority stake sales, joint ventures, and structured equity instruments
• Analyze capital structure strategies to optimize return and risk
• Manage end‑to‑end deal lifecycle from investor outreach to financial close
• Prepare teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and technical advisors during diligence
• Engage with infrastructure funds, private‑equity investors, and strategic partners

What you’ll bring

• 6-7 years equity fundraise transaction experience
• Big 4 advisory or corporate finance in renewable energy/infrastructure
• Deal execution and closure experience
• Advanced Excel financial modelling
• Strong valuation and investment analysis
• High‑quality PowerPoint investor communications
