About the role
Infrastructure Transformation Practice at PwC focuses on improving delivery of complex capital projects through governance, project controls, and digital enablement. The Senior Manager will design and manage PMO structures, implement AI‑enabled analytics dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and coordinate stakeholder reviews across infrastructure programs. Kolkata, India, hybrid with up to 50% travel per month, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and manage governance structures and executive status reports
- Maintain project registers, reporting packs, and progress monitoring mechanisms
- Track schedules, milestones, and dependencies across capital projects
- Analyze trends and variances to provide actionable insights
- Implement digital solutions including AI‑enabled analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with client PMOs, contractors, and stakeholders for reviews
- Support integration of project data across systems
- Contribute to governance and digital roadmaps for large‑scale infrastructure programs
What you’ll bring
- 2–7+ years relevant experience, varying by level
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations or related field
- Hands‑on implementation experience in live capital project environments
Nice to have
- MS Project or Primavera P6
- Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Advanced Excel
