About the role

What you’ll do
- Elicit and document business requirements and user stories
- Create and maintain product backlog and prototypes
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct defect analysis and support testing activities
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years business analysis experience
- Experience with agile methodology and practices
- Requirement elicitation and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer interface and stakeholder management
