About the role

Building Structures Team at WSP India provides CAD/BIM support for engineering projects, creating Revit structural models and detailed construction drawings. The BIM Technician leads Revit modeling, coordinates with architects, MEP and civil teams, and ensures BIM deliverables meet ISO 19650 standards. Based in Bengaluru with hybrid work, the role involves managing model federation, clash detection, and supporting quantity take‑off and shop drawing production.

What you’ll do

• Lead Revit modeling for structural projects
• Coordinate BIM models across architecture, MEP, and civil disciplines
• Manage model federation and clash detection using Navisworks
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BEP and ISO 19650
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and RC detailing for submissions
• Support quantity take‑off and basic material scheduling
• Assist BIM Manager with estimation and project scheduling
• Train and upskill team members on new BIM technologies

What you’ll bring

• Revit Structures proficiency
• 4+ years BIM experience
• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• AutoCAD and Navisworks knowledge
• Experience in RC and steel detailing
• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with quantity take‑off and material scheduling
• Optional: Tekla Structures experience

Skills
