About the role
Building Structures Team at WSP India provides CAD/BIM support for engineering projects, creating Revit structural models, detailed designs, and construction drawings. The BIM Technician develops and maintains BIM models, coordinates with architects, MEP and civil teams, performs clash detection, and supports quantity take‑off and shop drawing production. Bengaluru, India (Hybrid) with secondary location in Noida, India.
What you’ll do
- Manage BIM models for structures using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate model federation, clash detection and issue tracking with Navisworks
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, shop drawings and quantity take‑offs
- Support estimation, costing and project schedule alignment with BIM Manager
- Maintain model quality standards (LOD, naming, coordinates)
- Liaise with design engineers, drafting team and external consultants
