Associate - Product Security Specialist

About the role

TIAA Global Capabilities seeks an Associate Product Security Specialist in Pune to design and develop security features for products during development. The role involves integrating security updates, resolving testing issues, and providing engineering support for critical systems like servers and endpoint security. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a university degree and 3-5 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop security features for products, systems, and applications
• Integrate new security features and updates into existing products
• Provide engineering support for critical security systems including servers and endpoint security
• Conduct vulnerability analysis and exploitation of applications, operating systems, and networks
• Lead cost/benefit evaluations of cloud solutions versus other hosting options
• Resolve complex malware and intrusion issues within the system
• Function as an internal information security consultant on standards and best practices
• Communicate with cybersecurity risk and security operation teams to enhance enterprise security posture

What you’ll bring

• University Degree required
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and Powershell
• Experience with AppViewX Cert+, Fortanix DSM, Thales Luna HSM, Keyfactor EJBCA or ADCS PKI

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Consultative communication skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing security
• Ability to coach and delegate work to lower-level professionals
