About the role

Associate Product Manager/ Product Analyst at KreditBee is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive product decisions. The role focuses on building dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators across the platform, enabling teams to spot trends and identify bottlenecks. By mapping user journeys and constructing conversion funnels, the analyst surfaces pain points and recommends improvements to engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. The position requires hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Clevertap, and Appsflyer. Cloud proficiency in AWS Athena and Google BigQuery is a plus, as is familiarity with Agile tools JIRA and Confluence. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for translating complex data into clear recommendations. The role is based in Bengaluru and is a full‑time, on‑site position within the fintech industry.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years in data analytics within a fast‑paced startup
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Clevertap, Appsflyer)
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS Athena, Google BigQuery)
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
