About the role

Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA in Pune, India. This role focuses on second‑line support across multiple technology domains—Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration—ensuring client IT infrastructure remains operational. The engineer proactively monitors work queues, resolves incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, and performs root‑cause analysis to prevent future disruptions. Responsibilities include change management, escalation to Centers of Excellence, collaboration with automation teams, and contributing to project work such as Disaster Recovery testing. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience, possess relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCNA, Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, VMware Certified Professional, and others), and demonstrate moderate experience with managed services, ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and vendor coordination. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills are essential. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Pune, with a start date of November 29, 2024.
