About the role

Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA is a mid-level engineering role focused on ensuring client IT infrastructure remains operational. The engineer provides second-line support for incidents and requests across multiple technology domains—Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration—while proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical incidents to meet SLAs. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of hardware infrastructure, administration of Motadata ticketing and monitoring tools, and management of servers, VMs, storage, and backup (tape library). The role requires experience with Cisco servers, NetApp, Nutanix, and Dell platforms. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent, possess 5+ years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and client‑centric skills.
