What you’ll do

• Provide frontline technical support to SaaS Operations clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve client‑reported problems
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue investigation
• Follow procedures to ensure high‑quality service delivery
• Track and escalate issues beyond frontline scope
• Maintain accurate documentation in tracking systems
• Provide periodic off‑hours support
• Interface with internal and external contacts

What you’ll bring

• BA/BS degree in technical or analytical discipline
• 2-5 years customer‑facing technical support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Technical troubleshooting aptitude with Windows, networking, databases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Familiarity with SaaS operations and coordination with vendors
• Flexibility to provide off‑hours support
• Exposure to electronic trading systems or FIX protocol preferred
