About the role

Sagility, a global healthcare technology and BPM services provider, seeks a Director of PMO to lead and optimize its PMO function worldwide. The role involves strategic leadership, overseeing project alignment with business goals, managing a diverse PMO team, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and driving client success across international partnerships. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management or related field, 12+ years of experience in PMO or account management, preferably with hospital or revenue cycle outsourcing background, and strong leadership, communication, and industry knowledge.

What you’ll do

  • Director PMO is typically a senior-level leader who oversees the entire PMO function within an organization.
  • They are accountable for aligning project objectives with the company’s strategic goals and ensuring that projects are executed effectively. Are the operational leaders who are responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of processes and methodologies.
  • They oversee project managers and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • They play a key role in providing administrative support to the PMO team and project managers.
  • They maintain project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking. The Project Management Office (PMO) serves as a central hub for project oversight, governance, and support, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
  • They provide recommendations on investment and system design.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the system meets their needs.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or any acceptable degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
  • 12+ years experience in related field. Prior hospital experience and/or Revenue Cycle outsourcing vendor experience preferred

Proven experience in senior leadership roles within PMO or account management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a track record of achieving business objectives.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate at all levels of the organization.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive client success, identify growth opportunities, and navigate complex client relationships.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including its trends, regulations, and best practices.Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Drafting SOWs for new work/ scope expansion for SVP and legal review. Collaborating with various teams (Operations, Marketing, Business Excellence, HCT) to draft presentations for pitching new services and scope expansions.
