About the role

Digital Transformation office at Coca-Cola India leads the enterprise digital portfolio. The Director, Value Delivery, Planning & PMO leads the Digital PMO, overseeing strategic planning, investment governance, financial management and value realization across the organization. Works with product, engineering, finance and architecture teams to drive portfolio performance and AI‑enabled forecasting. Gurugram, India, on‑site.

What you’ll do

Lead Digital PMO and portfolio management function
Drive annual and quarterly portfolio planning cycles
Establish investment governance frameworks
Partner with product, engineering, finance and architecture to create roadmaps
Develop and manage performance metrics and KPIs
Lead executive governance forums with portfolio insights
Oversee financial management including budgeting and forecasting
Drive risk and dependency management

What you’ll bring
