About the role

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute delivery strategies for complex projects
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across multiple locations
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with senior executives in US/UK
  • Oversee project financials, contracts, and cost controls
  • Drive pre‑sales efforts and bid management
  • Implement continuous improvement and margin enhancement initiatives
  • Resolve high‑severity production issues
  • Mentor senior managers within a matrix organization

Nice to have

  • 16-19 years IT delivery experience
  • 5+ years program or portfolio management
  • 8+ years financial services domain expertise
  • Experience setting up delivery teams of 80+ members
  • Proficiency in agile, waterfall, hybrid methodologies
  • CMMI quality framework knowledge
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost estimation
  • MBA preferred
