About the role

GetixHealth India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for multiple US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management roles, focusing on AR follow‑up, provider credentialing, and patient support. The team handles end‑to‑end billing processes, insurance coordination, and customer service to ensure timely reimbursements and compliance. What you’ll do

• Handle end‑to‑end AR follow‑up, claim status, denials and re‑submissions
• Analyze and resolve underpayments and rejected claims
• Manage provider enrollment, credentialing and re‑credentialing
• Track applications and maintain provider data compliance
• Handle inbound/outbound patient calls, billing queries and insurance questions
• Maintain accurate documentation and call records

What you’ll bring

• 1+ years relevant experience
• Understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Immediate joiner preferred

Nice to have

• AR follow‑up with insurers
